Yup, some technobabble to do with the sound and frequency. The Doctor's chuffed with all the cheering but he's a bit busy trying to save the day

but he loves putting on a show like his crazy dancing in the season finale

True, he particularly loves the glasses with the lights on the side cause they're cool. Glasses with torches strapped to the side are cool. He's just glad River's not around to blow them up this time.
He still mourns that fez.
